Voice Notes to Notion, Google Docs & Gmail

Description

Record a voice note, get it transcribed, and send it to Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets or Gmail. Or just keep it and share. Speak the note. We write it down and put it where it belongs. Record a voice note in Chrome's side panel. SendMyVoice transcribes it, titles it, and saves it to your account. If it needs to go somewhere — a Notion page, a Google Doc, a row in Google Sheets, your inbox — pick a workflow and it goes there too. KEEP EVERY NOTE You don't have to send a recording anywhere. Every one is transcribed and saved, so you can find it later by what you said. Record a thought walking to a meeting, read it back as text afterwards. SEND IT TO YOUR TOOLS - Notion - a new page, or a row in a database with your own properties filled in - Google Docs - appended to a document you choose - Google Sheets - a new row, with columns matched to what you actually said - Email - a written summary, or the full transcript, to your inbox Say "Coffee with the client, fourteen fifty, Tuesday" and it becomes an expense row with the amount, date and category in separate columns. RECORD STRAIGHT INTO GMAIL Click the microphone in the Gmail compose toolbar. Record, and a play button lands in your draft. Whoever opens the email presses play — no attachment, no app to install, no account to create. PASTE A VOICE NOTE ANYWHERE Copy a link and paste it into Slack, Jira, a Google Doc comment, or your own website. It turns into a player anyone can press play on. Embed it on a page with a theme and accent colour that match your site. WORKFLOWS YOU SET UP ONCE A workflow is a saved destination: where the note goes and what shape it arrives in. Pick it from the dropdown before you record, and that's the whole decision. WHY VOICE Talking is roughly three times faster than typing, and you can do it while walking, driving or between meetings. The problem was never the talking, it was that a voice memo is unsearchable and nobody reads it. This fixes that half: you speak, and what lands is text you can search, in the tool you already use. WHAT YOU GET - Automatic transcription in your language - A title and a clean summary, not a wall of raw speech - Structured fields pulled out of what you said, when a workflow needs them - Notes searchable in your dashboard - Shareable links you can revoke at any time - Dark mode GOOD FOR - Meeting notes and follow-ups that reach Notion instead of your notes app - Expenses and mileage logged into a spreadsheet from your car - Client calls summarised into a Google Doc - Voice messages in Gmail instead of an email you didn't want to write - Field notes, site visits, inspections - Research and interview notes - Reading feedback out loud instead of typing it - Journalling and daily standups
