Quick Proposal — AI Proposal Writer for Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn

Description

AI proposals that don't sound like AI. Live fit scores. Drafts in your voice. Free for Upwork, Fiverr & LinkedIn. Quick Proposal is the AI proposal writer freelancers actually keep installed. It works on Upwork, Freelancer.com, LinkedIn Jobs, Fiverr, and Contra. It scores every job in your feed, drafts tailored proposals in your voice, and rewrites every word so it reads as human-written. No tab-switching. No copy-paste back and forth. No more losing bids to ChatGPT-flagged proposals. HOW IT WORKS The first time you install, you scan your freelancer profile with one click. Quick Proposal builds a structured model of your skills, niches, hourly rate, tone, and the specific strengths a hiring client would care about. From then on, three things happen automatically every time you bid. First, every job in your feed gets a fit score. Open Upwork's find-work page, or LinkedIn Jobs, or Freelancer.com's project list, and a colored badge appears next to every listing. Likely fit, Worth a look, Maybe, or Skip. Hover for a one-line reason. You can triage 100 jobs in 30 seconds and stop wasting time opening bad-fit listings just to close them again. Second, when you click into a job, the AI is right there. A small Quick Proposal pill sits next to the cover-letter field. Click it once. The AI reads the job, finds the buried detail most bidders will miss, picks your strongest matching angle, drafts a 150 to 220 word proposal, runs it through the humanizer, and hands you Insert and Copy buttons in about eight seconds. No alt-tabbing to ChatGPT. No paste-and-tweak. Third, every proposal is humanized by default. Every draft runs through a second AI pass that breaks the patterns Upwork's AI-detection tools look for. Variable sentence length instead of AI's default medium-medium rhythm. No "I'd love to" or "extensive experience" or "looking forward to" filler. Contractions where they fit. Cadence mirrored from your winning bids. You see a green Humanized check on every result. Most other tools charge an extra $19 a month for this. Quick Proposal bakes it into every credit at no extra cost. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU, NOT CHATGPT Save how you naturally write. Paste a proposal you've sent before or sketch your tone in a few lines, and every future draft follows your structure. Sentence rhythm, opener, closer, vocabulary, all of it. Combined with the humanizer pass, the output reads like you typed it on your phone in four minutes. IT LEARNS FROM YOUR WINS Every proposal you generate lands in the Train AI tab. Mark each one Won, Interview, Pending, or Lost. On every new draft, the AI pulls your most recent winners that match the job and uses them as voice references. The drafts you write a month from now will sound more like you, and land more clients, than the ones you write today. REFINES ARE FREE You get five free refines per draft. Type any instruction. Shorter. More casual. Punchier opener. Add a metric. Fix the closer. The AI revises without burning another credit. SIGN IN ONCE, USE IT EVERYWHERE Your session syncs through your Chrome account. Install Quick Proposal on a second device signed into the same Chrome and you're instantly signed in. No second login. Your profile, templates, and training history all follow you. ONE CREDIT, ALL THE PLATFORMS Quick Proposal works on Upwork, LinkedIn Jobs, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Contra, and most freelance marketplaces with a job description on the page.
