Description
Auto-fill IRCC portal forms from your Meridian case data. Fill once, file everywhere. Built for RCICs. Meridian AutoFile turns IRCC portal filing into a review step instead of a retyping step. It populates the portal application from the case data your firm has already collected and verified in Meridian, so your team stops re-keying the same names, dates, and numbers across dozens of fields. How it works Sign in with your Meridian staff account, choose the client, and open the IRCC portal. AutoFile reads each page and fills the matching fields from the case record. No re-keying, no transcription errors, no switching between tabs. Features - Auto-detect client. Open an application and AutoFile recognizes the applicant and selects the matching client for you. - Review before filing. One click checks every field on the page against the case record and flags mismatches and blanks before you submit. - Two-way sync. Corrections you make on the portal can be captured back to the case, so the record stays current and the next form is right too. Built for representatives Background declaration and admissibility questions are left for the representative to answer by hand. AutoFile handles the routine fields, not the judgment calls. Private and professional Meridian AutoFile is for immigration firms using the Meridian platform, and a staff account from your firm is required to sign in. It runs only on the IRCC portal and your firm's Meridian workspace, never on other sites.
