Description
Pick a BAQ, auto-build its parameter form, run it, and browse results with OData paging + per-column filters. **Epicor Kinetic BAQ Runner — Your data made easy** Run any of your Epicor Kinetic Business Activity Queries (BAQs) right from your browser, without leaving Kinetic and without building a dashboard, app, or report first. Pick a BAQ, fill in its parameters, hit Run, and browse the results — paged, filtered, sorted, and ready to copy. **What it does** Epicor Kinetic BAQ Runner adds a lightweight panel to your active Epicor Kinetic tab. It uses your existing signed-in session, so there's nothing to configure and no separate login. Choose a BAQ by name and the extension automatically builds the parameter form for you — every requested parameter the BAQ expects becomes an input field. Enter your values, click Run, and the results come back in a clean, scrollable grid. **Key features** - **Run any BAQ by name** — type or pick the BAQ ID; no need to open it in the Kinetic BAQ designer. - **Auto-built parameter forms** — the extension reads each BAQ's requested parameters and generates the matching input fields automatically. - **Additional filters** — add per-column filters (contains, equals, and more) on top of the BAQ's own parameters to narrow results without editing the query. - **Sort your results** — order by any column directly from the panel. - **OData paging** — browse large result sets page by page, with adjustable page size and a clear row count. - **Copy & export** — copy the visible page or the full result set (up to 10k rows) straight to your clipboard, ready to paste into Excel, email, or a ticket. - **Works in context** — the panel lives inside your Kinetic tab, so you stay in the system you're already working in. **Who it's for** Epicor consultants, IT teams, finance and supply-chain analysts, power users, and anyone who regularly needs answers out of Kinetic data fast. If you've ever wanted to just *run a BAQ and see the rows* without spinning up a dashboard or pestering a developer, this is for you. **Epicor Kinetic only** This extension is built for Epicor Kinetic (the modern browser-based Epicor). It relies on the Kinetic REST/OData services and does **not** work with Epicor 10 (E10) or earlier non-Kinetic, client-based versions. **Privacy & security** Your data stays yours. The extension talks only to your own Epicor Kinetic server using your existing session — it never sends your queries, results, or credentials to us or any third party. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no telemetry. BAQ results are displayed in your browser and copied to your clipboard only when you ask. All of the extension's code is packaged in the download; nothing is loaded or executed from a remote server. **Permissions, briefly** The extension activates only on the Epicor tab you click, injects its panel into that page, reads your active session so it can call your server, stores your last BAQ and filter choices locally for convenience, and writes to the clipboard when you use the copy buttons. **Disclaimer** Epicor Kinetic BAQ Runner is an independent tool developed by Aware Smith LLC. It is **not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Epicor Software Corporation**. Run your Epicor BAQs the moment you need them. If you live in Epicor Kinetic, you already have dozens of Business Activity Queries that answer real questions — but actually running one usually means hunting through dashboards, opening the BAQ Designer, or pinging IT. BAQ Runner puts every BAQ you have access to one click away, right inside the Epicor page you're already on. Pick a query, fill in the parameters on a form that builds itself, and get your answers in a clean, filterable grid — in seconds. WHY YOU'LL USE IT EVERY DAY • Instant answers — no dashboard setup, no export gymnastics. Pick a BAQ, run it, done. • Forms that build themselves — parameters are detected automatically; just type and go. • Slice the results — per-column filters, sorting, and paging through large result sets. • Straight to Excel — copy the visible page or the full result set to your clipboard. • Works on your Epicor — cloud or on-prem; you enable it per site with one click. NO NEW LOGINS. NO API KEYS. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR MACHINE. BAQ Runner runs as you. It uses your existing, signed-in Epicor session, so you see exactly the data your account is allowed to see — nothing more. Your session details stay on your own device and are never sent to us or anyone else. (See our privacy policy.) HOW IT WORKS 1. Open your Epicor Kinetic site and click the extension to enable it for that site. 2. Hit the BAQ button in the sidebar to open the panel. 3. Choose a BAQ, set parameters, and run — then filter, sort, and copy your results. MADE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE QUERIES Analysts, accountants, planners, consultants, and admins who'd rather get the number themselves than wait for it. — Not affiliated with or endorsed by Epicor Software Corporation.
