Detects the jobs you apply to on job boards and career sites and saves them to your NextStep tracker — you confirm every save. NextStep quietly keeps your job search organized. When you apply to a job on a job board or a company career site, NextStep notices your submission and offers to save it to your job tracker — the company, the role, the page you applied on, and the key details of the posting. Nothing is ever saved without you clicking to confirm. WHAT IT DOES • Detects when you submit a job application on the major job boards and on the applicant-tracking systems that companies use to host their career pages. • Offers a one-click "Save to NextStep" confirmation so your applied jobs land in your tracker automatically — no copy-pasting company names and job titles. • Reads your applied-jobs list on supported boards so you can back-fill applications you submitted before installing. • Opens a side panel to help you fill your own saved profile details into an application form you are working on. It never submits the form for you. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It never submits an application on your behalf. • It never mass-applies or auto-applies to jobs. • It never logs in anywhere for you. • It never sells your data. REQUIRES A FREE NEXTSTEP ACCOUNT NextStep works together with your account at https://joinnextstepai.com. After you install the extension, click "Sign in" and connect it to your NextStep account. Your saved applications live in your NextStep dashboard, where you can track follow-ups, offers, and outreach. YOUR PRIVACY The extension only runs on job boards and career sites (and on the NextStep website). When you confirm a save, it sends that job's details to your own NextStep account on NextStep's servers. It does not track your general browsing.
