Description
Display unread Gmail count in the tab favicon badge. 📬 Shows your Gmail unread count in the tab favicon — perfect for pinned tabs or when many tabs are open. When you pin your Gmail tab or have many tabs open, the unread count in the title bar gets hidden. Gmail Favicon Counter solves this by displaying your unread email count as a red badge on the Gmail tab favicon — so you can see new messages at a glance without switching tabs. Features: · Real-time unread count in the favicon · Works with pinned tabs · Displays "99+" for 100 or more unread emails · Works across multiple Gmail accounts in separate tabs · No data collection or external communication · Runs entirely in your browser using only Gmail's page title ⚠️ This extension requires "Show unread count in browser tab title" to be enabled in Gmail Settings → General. If the favicon badge does not appear, please check this setting first.
