Description
Your personal cheat code for rental search 🚀 Uprent works best in the Netherlands. Key features (currently available for Pararius, Funda, and Kamernet): 1. Summaries – Uprent scans rental listing pages and provides a short, concise summary of the most important details, always in English. 2. Travel time calculation – Uprent calculates travel time by bike, public transit, foot, or car from an apartment to any address. Multiple address calculations are supported. 3. One-click applications – Click Auto-apply, and Uprent will open a hidden tab, complete all viewing request steps for you, and auto-fill all required fields and messages. 4. Viewing request message generator – Answer a few questions, and Uprent will generate the perfect viewing request message, which will be auto-inserted across Funda, Pararius and Kamernet. 🧑💻 BETA: Rental Agent Launched from Uprent’s dashboard, Rental Agent detects all new properties on the market that match your criteria and submits applications automatically. Launch it during the day or night to delegate your search to Uprent. Limited functionality is available for 7,000 rental platforms and agent websites in the Netherlands: 1. Save listings to Uprent’s Board – A CRM-like Kanban board where you can manage all your applications from multiple rental platforms in one place. 2. Auto-inserting key details – On supported websites, Uprent detects input fields (name, phone, email, viewing request message) and lets you quickly insert your saved details by hovering over the field and selecting what to add. This saves you from manual copy-pasting on thousands of rental platforms. 🔑 A free Uprent account is required to use this extension. A small team of three people works hard to ship new features every week. We’d love to hear your feedback — leave a review below! Good luck with your rental search! 🏡
