Save your info and fill job application forms. Alt+2 fills the form instantly. 🚀 Job Fill – Autofill Job Applications Instantly Job Fill automatically completes job application forms using your saved personal data, helping you apply to more roles with less effort. Instead of manually retyping the same information across dozens of job portals, Job Fill stores your details once and fills forms instantly with a single shortcut. The extension intelligently detects common job application fields and fills them for you, including name, email, phone number, LinkedIn, GitHub, location, and other profile details. It also handles dropdowns, radio buttons, and checkboxes commonly found on platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and other modern job portals. Beyond basic fields, Job Fill allows you to create custom question–answer pairs for application questions. You can pre-save answers for prompts like work authorization, relocation, sponsorship, and demographic questions, as well as longer responses such as “Why do you want to work here?” or “Describe your relevant experience.” When similar questions appear, Job Fill can automatically fill or suggest your saved answers. 🎯 Built for job seekers who apply frequently and want to stop repeating the same information on every application. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ Key Features ⚡ One-Shortcut Autofill Trigger autofill with a single keyboard shortcut to instantly fill your saved personal details across supported job portals. 🧠 Smart Form Detection Automatically recognizes and fills common fields like Full Name, Email, Phone, LinkedIn, GitHub, and more — even when field labels vary across sites. ✅ Automatic Dropdown & Checkbox Selection Automatically selects common screening answers such as work authorization, sponsorship requirements, eligibility questions, and more. 📝 Custom Question–Answer Automation Save answers for recurring application questions (e.g., relocation, salary expectations, start date, diversity questions) and reuse them across multiple applications. 🔁 Same-Question-Different-Answers (SQDA) Support Detects differently worded versions of the same question (for example, “Do you have a disability?” vs. “Do you identify as having a disability?”) and maps them to the correct saved answer. 💾 Export & Import Your Data Backup all your saved information with one click and restore it on another browser or computer whenever needed. 🖱 Floating Fill Button Display a draggable “Fill” button directly on job application pages so you can autofill instantly without remembering shortcuts. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 👨💻 Who It’s For Job Fill is designed for active job seekers applying to roles across platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, and other modern job portals. If you're applying to many jobs and tired of typing the same details over and over, Job Fill saves you time so you can focus on: • Tailoring resumes • Writing stronger applications • Preparing for interviews • Applying to more opportunities faster
