Set standing instructions for Grammar Review, Complete Redo, Genius Add, Custom Review — or "All Buttons" — from a simple menu, and they apply automatically every time you use that button. • New guide page explaining exactly what each button and each quality level (Fast / Balanced / Premium) does: https://www.inquiryai.com.au/guide.html • Grammar Review "Fast" is now a pure proofread — spelling, punctuation and grammar only, with no unnecessary changes to your wording. • Faster, lower-cost Grammar Review with no drop in quality. ───────────────────────────────────────────── BUILT BY A CLINICIAN. FOR CLINICIANS. Every specialist knows the pain. You dictate well. But letters leave your desk with the grammar of a tired registrar at 5pm — passive sentences, apostrophe errors, and run-ons that would make your medical school English tutor wince. You know it. Your referring GPs notice it. You could pay a year 12 student to login for you and fix the basic mistakes (personally I have strongly considered that as good use of money). That's essentially what Grammar Review does — for 5 cents a letter. Not because the AI is unsophisticated, but because sometimes that's genuinely all a letter needs. A fast pass. A sanity check. Correspondence that reads the way you speak when you're at your best — not when you're on your fourteenth patient of the day. And then there are the trainee letters. The ones that technically contain the right clinical information but read like they were dictated in a hallway between patients — because they were. That's where Complete Redo earns its 15 cents. The clinical facts stay exactly as dictated. InQuiry AI rebuilds the structure, the flow, and the professional register to specialist standard. In seconds. Not in your time. The philosophy is simple: your hourly rate is too high for apostrophe corrections. InQuiry AI handles the craft. You handle the medicine. ──────────────────────────────────────── FOUR BUTTONS. ZERO WORKFLOW CHANGE. ──────────────────────────────────────── ✦ Grammar Review (~5¢ per letter) Corrects grammar, spelling, and punctuation in Australian English. Clinical facts, diagnoses, and medication names are preserved exactly as you dictated. ✦ Complete Redo (~5–21¢ per letter) Full structural rewrite to specialist-clinic standards — problem list, history, investigations, impression, management plan. Your clinical content, properly presented. ✦ Genius Add (~20–26¢ per letter) Enriches your letter with differential diagnoses, validated clinical scores (FIB-4, MELD, Glasgow-Blatchford), and relevant guideline references. Good letters become great ones. ✦ Custom Review (~26¢ per letter) Learns from your own saved letters to match your exact clinical voice and preferred structure. The more letters you save, the more it sounds like you. ──────────────────────────────────────── YOUR TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN THIS ──────────────────────────────────────── A specialist spending 20 minutes a day on letter admin loses 75 hours a year — roughly $37,000 in clinical time value. A full year of daily grammar reviews with InQuiry AI costs less than $187. Less than coffee for you and your registrar. ──────────────────────────────────────── YOU APPROVE EVERY CHANGE ──────────────────────────────────────── Suggestions appear in a side panel. Nothing is applied to your letter until you click Accept. Every word is yours to review before it replaces your dictation. The AI assists. The clinician decides. ──────────────────────────────────────── PRIVACY BY DESIGN ──────────────────────────────────────── Only the letter body text is processed — patient names, Medicare numbers, dates of birth, and all identifying fields stay inside your eScription One system and are not transmitted. InQuiry AI activates after dictation is complete. The consultation is already finished. The patient has left. • Letter text is processed and immediately discarded — never stored, never logged • Australian servers — AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2) • AI providers (Anthropic / OpenAI) do not train on your data • API keys are server-side only — never exposed in your browser • No access to your eScription One login credentials • Australian Privacy Principles (APP) compliant — Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) • ACSC Essential Eight Level 1 self-assessed ──────────────────────────────────────── PRICING — PAY AS YOU GO ──────────────────────────────────────── No subscription. No monthly fee. Credit-based — pay only for what you use. • $1.00 free credit on signup — enough for your first 20+ grammar reviews • Top up from $10 AUD (or USD for international users) • Grammar Review from ~5¢ per letter • Complete Redo from ~5¢ per letter • Cost shown before you confirm every top-up ──────────────────────────────────────── WHO IS IT FOR ──────────────────────────────────────── Built for specialist clinicians using eScription One / InQuiry dictation software. Gastroenterologists, cardiologists, physicians, surgeons, and any specialist who dictates letters and wants to send correspondence they're proud of — faster. Supports Australian, New Zealand, US, Canadian, UK, and Irish practice. ──────────────────────────────────────── REQUIREMENTS ──────────────────────────────────────── • An active eScription One / InQuiry account (mytranscriptions.com.au, escription-one.com.au, or escription-one.com) • An InQuiry AI account — create one free inside the extension, takes 30 seconds ──────────────────────────────────────── Your next letter could be your last late night. https://www.inquiryai.com.au
