Export WhatsApp group contacts and label them for easy management. Group owners can organize, tag, and assist members efficiently. WhatHub is a Chrome extension that lives directly inside WhatsApp Web and turns a plain WhatsApp account into a full contact-management and productivity workspace. Instead of switching between tabs, keeping spreadsheets, or copy-pasting phone numbers, users can now: - Save any contact they interact with in WhatsApp into a central, searchable address book. - Label contacts with custom tags so they can be organized by role, group, region, status, or any category the user defines. - Reach any saved contact instantly with a single click that opens the correct WhatsApp chat. - Insert saved contacts, links, and snippets directly into the message box without leaving WhatsApp. - Access a personal library of saved "URLs" and "artifacts" (prompts, text, notes, code) from right inside the chat composer. The extension is a thin client for the WhatHub web backend. All data — contacts, labels, URLs, and artifacts — is stored securely in the user's WhatHub account and synchronized across the browser. The extension adds a persistent, floating button to the WhatsApp compose area; one click opens a beautiful, dark-themed modal with three tabs: "Contacts", "URLs", and "Artifacts". Every item in that modal can be inserted straight into the conversation with a single click. WhatHub is designed for group admins, community managers, coaches, agencies, and power users who talk to many people every day and need their information to be organized, searchable, and immediately usable. Why Users Should Install WhatHub? Users should install WhatHub because it solves a problem that every heavy WhatsApp user eventually hits: "WhatsApp is a terrible address book for people who manage many conversations. Consider the reality of running a WhatsApp group, a coaching practice, a sales channel, or a community: - You have hundreds of members, but WhatsApp gives you no way to tag, categorize, or annotate them. - You find yourself scrolling through chats to remember who is who, which group they came from, or what you owe them. - You save phone numbers to your phone's contacts, but your phone's address book is a mess and disconnected from WhatsApp. - You keep useful links and text snippets in a notes app, but copying them into WhatsApp takes multiple steps. WhatHub closes those gaps with five concrete benefits: 1. One-click contact saving. A floating save button appears in the compose box. When you want to remember someone, you click it, optionally add a label, and the contact is captured — name, phone, avatar — in under two seconds, without leaving WhatsApp. 2. Labels that make groups manageable. Assign meaningful labels to contacts ("VIP", "New Member", "Spanish Speakers", "Needs Follow-up", "Paid", "Free", "Team"). Later, filter the entire contact list by those labels to see exactly the people you care about. 3. A searchable, always-in-sync address book. Every saved contact lives in the cloud. Search by name or number, browse by label, and page through the full list. Nothing is lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. 4. Your links and artifacts, one click away. The modal also shows your saved URLs and artifacts. Instead of digging through chat history or a notes app, you insert them directly into the message box as you type. 5. Faster, more professional communication. Insert a contact as `Name: phone`, a saved URL, or a full artifact (a canned response, a code snippet, a meeting note) into the chat instantly. Community managers answer repeated questions with consistent, branded messages in a single click. In short: WhatHub turns WhatsApp from a messaging app into a CRM-lite and a personal knowledge base, all inside the app you already use.
