Screen recorder tuned for bug reports: sharp text, 15 fps, size-capped, with pause and resume. PureCapture is a streamlined, privacy-first browser extension engineered specifically for developers, software testers, and product managers who need to capture sharp, reliable screen and audio recordings without unnecessary bloat. Optimized explicitly for technical workflows—such as creating bug reproduction walkthroughs or full-functionality feature demos—PureCapture delivers high-quality media while maintaining an exceptionally small system footprint. 🎥 Engineered for Technical Workflows • Pixel-Perfect Clarity: Captures video at your screen's native resolution, ensuring that small text, complex code snippets, and fine user interface details remain crisp and completely legible. • Intelligent Content Hinting: Features built-in text optimization that instructs the browser encoder to prioritize fine textual legibility over aggressive per-frame smoothing. • Resource Optimized: A lightweight tool designed to prevent system lag. It keeps your machine running smoothly even when capturing resource-heavy applications—unlike legacy tools that slow down your system. 📦 Smart File-Size Bounding (Zero Bloat) • Built for Agile Tools: Optimized for performance with adaptive video encoding caps and voice-grade Opus audio compression. Fully compatible with major Agile project management tools. • Guaranteed Compatibility: A full 12-minute recording is mathematically guaranteed to stay under 60 MB. This ensures your exported files seamlessly fit standard attachment boundaries for tracking systems without manual compressing. Thus, saves lot of space. • Native Playback Metadata: Compiles video into a single, fully finalized WebM blob instead of fragmented timeslices. Your recordings play and seek natively straight out of your downloads folder, even by double-clicking in Windows Media Player. • Supports comprehensive screen recording across desktops, standard web browsers, and incognito windows 🔒 Strict Privacy-First Architecture • 100% Local Storage: Your recorded media downloads automatically and saves directly to your computer's local hard drive. • Zero Cloud Routing: Your data never touches an external server, third-party database, or background cloud sync pipeline. • No Telemetry or Tracking: Operates completely without background data collection, tracking scripts, analytics, or hidden telemetry. • Transparent Hardware Prompts: Microphone permissions are cleanly requested upfront via an explicit user gesture, preventing unexpected mid-recording crashes. ⚙️ How to Use: 1.
