Inserts beautiful, high-fidelity tables into the Substack Editor as responsive images. Substack Table Injector is the easiest way to create, customize, and insert clean, professional data tables directly into your Substack posts and newsletters. Because Substack does not natively support HTML or Markdown tables in its post editor, newsletter writers are often forced to take pixelated screenshots of spreadsheets or use clunky external embeds that break in email inboxes. Substack Table Injector resolves this by adding an intuitive "Table" button right inside your Substack formatting toolbar. Design or import tables visually and insert them into your draft as crisp, retina-ready, mobile-friendly data tables. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ KEY FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 📊 Visual Grid & Spreadsheet Editor • Double-click or type directly into spreadsheet cells to write and edit data. • Drag column borders to interactively resize column widths in real time. • Add, delete, and manage rows and columns with a single click. ⚡ Instant Markdown & JSON Import • Paste standard Markdown tables (from ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, or GitHub) to instantly convert and render them. • Paste flat JSON arrays for instant automated table generation. 🎨 Publication-Ready Themes & Styling • Curated color palettes matching newsletter aesthetics: Substack Coral, Slate Grey, Emerald, Blue, Amber, and Dark Mode. • Typography options: Georgia (Serif), Clean Sans-serif, and Monospace. • 4 Font size presets (Extra Small 11px to Large 16px) and adjustable cell spacing (Compact, Normal, Spacious). • Alternate row zebra-striping and border customization. 📱 High-Fidelity Retina Rendering (2x Scale) • Tables are compiled using vector SVG canvas rendering for razor-sharp legibility on high-density displays (Retina / 4K). • Looks clean, crisp, and readable across all email clients (Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook) and mobile devices. 🖱️ 1-Click Direct Insertion • Automatically processes and inserts the rendered table image directly at your text cursor position in the Substack editor. 🔒 100% Private & Client-Side • Operates completely locally in your browser. • Zero data collection, no external API calls, and no tracking. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🚀 HOW TO ADD A TABLE IN SUBSTACK ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Substack Table Injector bridges this gap by letting you design and insert retina-quality tables that render identically on both web and email.
