Distraction Hider gives you a simple way to fight back: click the thing that annoys you, and it's gone. Forever. HOW IT WORKS 1. Click the extension icon (or press Alt+Shift+H) 2. Hover over anything on the page. Distraction Hider highlights the whole element, not just the tiny piece under your cursor 3. Click. The element collapses away with a smooth animation 4. Changed your mind? Hit undo in the toast that appears That's the entire learning curve. No filter syntax, no CSS selectors, no picker modes. STAYS HIDDEN Distraction Hider remembers what you hid on each site and removes it again on every future visit, even when pages load content late or the site shuffles its code around. Hidden items sync across your devices through your Chrome profile. SMART SELECTION Hover and the highlight snaps to the logical container you actually meant: the whole ad card, the whole popup, the whole sidebar widget. If the guess is off, scroll to expand or shrink the selection before you click. EASY TO MANAGE Open the popup to see everything you've hidden on the current site, each with a readable name.
