One-click WCAG color-contrast audit for any page — find failures, simulate color blindness, export a compliance report. Local. Check any web page for WCAG color-contrast problems in one click — no account, no upload, nothing leaves your browser. ContrastGuard scans the page you're on, measures the contrast ratio of every piece of text against its real (composited) background, and shows you exactly what fails — and by how much. ★ ONE-CLICK FULL-PAGE AUDIT Click the icon and ContrastGuard walks the whole page, computing WCAG 2.x contrast ratios for each text element. Failures are listed worst-first with a live preview of the actual foreground/background colors. ★ AA AND AAA Toggle between WCAG AA (4.5:1 / 3:1 large) and the stricter AAA (7:1 / 4.5:1 large). Large-text rules (≥24px, or ≥18.66px bold) are applied automatically. ★ HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT CAN'T SEE Most checkers silently guess when text sits on an image, gradient, or overlapping element. ContrastGuard instead flags those as "can't verify" so you review them manually — no false confidence. ★ COLOR-BLINDNESS SIMULATION Preview the page through protanopia, deuteranopia, or tritanopia simulations to catch combinations that disappear for color-blind users. ★ HIGHLIGHT ON THE PAGE Outline every failing element in place so you can find it instantly. ★ EXPORT A COMPLIANCE REPORT One click produces a clean, printable report (Save as PDF) plus JSON and CSV exports — ready to drop into a bug tracker, a client deliverable, or an accessibility audit (WCAG 2.2, EN 301 549 / EAA, Section 508). ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN ContrastGuard reads the page only when you click, only once, and only locally. There is no account, no server of ours, and nothing is ever uploaded. For developers, designers, QA, and accessibility auditors who need a fast, trustworthy contrast check.
