Salesforce Status Helper will help keep you logged into Omni-Channel for when those unexpected disconnects occur without warning. Salesforce Status Helper automates your Omni-Channel status, keeps your Genesys Cloud queue in sync, and warns you before a case breaches its SLA — across tabs, even when you're not looking. OMNI-CHANNEL (Salesforce): - Auto Queue: moves you Available -> Backlog -> Offline on your shift schedule. - Manual: click a status to set it yourself; it stays until you change it. - Re-checks every 15s and signs you back in if your status slips. - End-of-shift preset: if your window ends mid-case, sets you to Backlog/Offline so you're not pulled back to Available after hours. CASE TIMERS & SLA ALERTS (NEW): - Reads the Milestones countdown from your cases and keeps counting down for you. - 30 minutes left: an amber heads-up. 10 minutes left or overdue: a red alert with an audible chime and a desktop notification. - Cases in New are tagged "1st resp" and listed first — that's your first-response SLA. - "Pull Case Timers" reads every timer-bearing case in one pass: it opens each briefly, reads the timer, and closes it again. It never closes a tab you already had open, and stops if a dialog appears so unsaved work is never disturbed. - Click "Milestones tracked" to see every tracked case and its countdown. Each one tells you when it was last read, so you know how fresh it is. MY CASES (NEW): - Live counts of your open cases by status, in a compact grid. - Statuses needing action (New, Re-open, Customer Note Added, Researching) come first and are highlighted. - Click a status to see its cases; click a case to open it as a console tab — no page reload, so your Omni-Channel session and status survive. - If the list is only partly loaded, it says "Showing X of Y" instead of quietly undercounting. GENESYS QUEUE SYNC: - Available in Omni = On Queue in Genesys. Anything else = Off Queue. - Works while the Genesys tab is in the background — stay in Salesforce, your queue still follows. - One-way: calls never change your Omni-Channel status. - Manual override toggle, or turn sync off to leave Genesys alone. - Only the On Queue toggle is touched — never your presence. EXTRAS: - Click "Genesys Queue Sync" or "Start / End Shift" to jump to that tab (focuses it if already open). - Reminder if sync is on but no Genesys tab is open. - Themes, including Sonic Blue and Princess Pink. NOTES: - Won't change your status while 'On a Web Case' (except the end-of-shift preset) — change out manually first. - Omni-Channel status and case counts work on .salesforce.com / .force.com only. Genesys sync needs a Genesys tab open. - Case timers only cover cases the extension has seen — ones you've opened, or ones picked up by "Pull Case Timers". TROUBLESHOOTING: Press F12 for the console and filter by "SFSH". For Genesys issues, check BOTH the Salesforce and Genesys tabs. If the chime plays but no desktop notification appears, check your Windows notification settings and Focus Assist for Chrome. Include those logs when reporting problems.
