Enhances Helix Reports with custom renaming, auto-filters, and PDF export. Helix Reports Enhancements Unlock the full potential of your Helix Reports with custom labeling, automated filtering, and advanced export capabilities! Helix Reports Enhancements is a powerful companion tool designed to streamline your workflow and make your financial reports easier to read, manage, and share. Say goodbye to generic labels and tedious manual formatting—this extension customizes the Helix interface to match your exact business needs. Key Features: ✨ Custom Field Renaming & Visual Masking Stop guessing what "Type 1" or "Company Group 2" means. This extension seamlessly maps generic Helix categories to your custom investor and company names. It visually replaces input fields, dropdown menus, table headers, and summary rows on the fly, providing immediate clarity without altering the underlying data structure. ⚙️ Smart Auto-Filters & Form Toggles Save time on repetitive setup! The extension automatically applies your preferred filters (detecting your active profile) and intelligently manages interface toggles. For example, it can auto-select "Journal Entries" exclusions or automatically check the "GroupType" box whenever you change your grouping preferences. 📊 "Totals Only" Summary Mode Quickly distill massive reporting tables into high-level summaries. A convenient "Totals Only" toggle elegantly hides individual data rows while keeping the aggregated total rows visible, giving you an instant dashboard view. 📥 Advanced Export Suite (CSV, Excel, PDF) Take your data offline with beautifully formatted, one-click exports directly from the Helix interface: Excel (.xlsx): Generates polished spreadsheets with auto-formatted currencies, percentages, dynamic column widths, and styled headers. It even handles nested transaction sub-tables! PDF: Create professional, paginated PDF reports (Landscape or Portrait). Includes intelligent table scaling, branded watermarks, date/time stamps, and clean grid layouts. CSV: Quickly dump raw data and transaction logs for further analysis in other toolsets. Who is this for? Financial professionals, accountants, and portfolio managers who rely on the reports.helixreports.com or configure.helixreports.com portals and want to save hours of manual data manipulation and formatting every week. Note: This extension requires an active Helix Reports account to function.
