E2E encrypted cross-device browser session sync. No registration required. SessionSync synchronizes supported browser session data across devices with end-to-end encryption, without an email account. HOW IT WORKS 1. Generate and back up your random sync key. 2. Preview the current site, then push an encrypted snapshot. 3. Import the same key on another device, open the same site, and pull its snapshot. 4. Undo the most recent restore when needed. SYNC SCOPE • Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage for accessible website frames. • Optional IndexedDB for databases with matching schemas and lossless JSON records. Auto-increment stores and binary or specialized values are not supported. • Cloud revision checks prevent overwriting a newer snapshot unnoticed. • Websites may require a new login because of server-side expiry or device binding. SessionSync cannot bypass these restrictions. PRIVACY • AES-256-GCM with HKDF-SHA-256 from your generated random key, performed locally. • Session contents and device names are encrypted. The server can see site origins, timestamps, usage and payment metadata. • The key cannot be recovered by the service. Keep a separate backup. PLANS • Free: up to 3 sites. • Pro: unlimited sites with a one-time purchase. • Both plans: one snapshot per site, up to 5 MiB of encoded ciphertext per snapshot and 100 MiB total per key. • Requires Chrome 132 or later. UPGRADING TO 2.0 Back up your existing sync key; it remains valid. Older cloud snapshots must be pushed again from the original device after updating to 2.0. Update your other devices before pulling the new snapshot.
