Fully client-side clickbait verdict for YouTube videos using your own Gemini API key. This extension uses AI to detect if a YouTube video is clickbait. We've all wasted 10 minutes on a video that could be summed up in one sentence—or clicked on a promising title only to find the content doesn't deliver. It happens far too often on YouTube. This extension helps you avoid that by giving you a clear, upfront warning when a video is clickbait, exaggerated, or not fully factual. It'll save you time every day. It's an indie developer project, so there's currently a free tier with 5 summaries per day. Enjoy! * Tool only works if english subtitles are available for the video * Responses can take up to 30 secs to 1 min if a video has not been summarized by any other user before.
