ApexHQ Vet Scribe docks the ApexHQ Vet panel beside your practice management software so the whole consult stays in one window. Record the consult and get a draft SOAP note to review. Draft a care plan for the pet owner. Capture invoices, prescriptions, lab results and vaccination records straight from the PMS screen, review them, and send them to the pet owner's ApexHQ Vet app. Push the approved note back into your PMS. Nothing is read from a page until you click Capture, and nothing reaches a pet owner until you press Send. Requires an ApexHQ Vet clinic account. Works with web-based practice management software.
