Sweeps your own marketplace searches in your own browser and files new listings in your private Rare Bird Scout vault. Rare Bird Scout is the browser half of a hunting service for rare, specific things — classic boats first. You tell scout.tackos.ai what you hunt; this extension sweeps the marketplaces you already use, in your own browser session, and sends new listings to your private vault, where our scout identifies them and alerts you when the rare one surfaces. What it does • Sweeps the searches tied to your account, at most hourly, in a background tab, at a human pace, only while Chrome is open. • Captures public listing facts for new items: title, price, location, listing date, description, photos. • Sends captures to one place: your private vault at scout.tackos.ai, tied to your account by a token issued when you sign in. Nothing is pooled with other users, shared, or published. • Pairs itself when you're signed in — no keys or codes to type. What it deliberately cannot do • It cannot post, message, like, comment, or buy. The code contains no such capability. • It does not capture seller identity; the seller section of every page is removed before a capture is stored. • It does not read your browsing history, cookies, or any page outside the marketplace pages the sweep visits. Requires a Rare Bird Scout subscription (scout.tackos.ai). Without one, the extension sweeps nothing.
