MaxMemory - Long-term memory for ChatGPT

Description

Stop re-explaining your projects to ChatGPT. MaxMemory remembers what matters. 🧠 MaxMemory - Long-term memory for ChatGPT ChatGPT forgets everything when you start a new chat. Your characters. Your project details. Your preferences. Gone every time you open a new conversation. If you've ever had to re-explain your work, re-teach your AI, or watch it forget things you've told it a hundred times, you know the frustration. MaxMemory fixes this. It automatically captures the important details from your ChatGPT conversations and brings them back when they're relevant, so your AI actually remembers what matters. 💡 How it works: Just chat with ChatGPT like you normally do. MaxMemory runs in the background: 1. You chat -> MaxMemory captures key details automatically (no manual work needed) 2. You start a new conversation -> MaxMemory retrieves relevant context from your past chats 3. ChatGPT responds as if it remembers -> your projects, preferences, and context carry forward No copying, no pasting, no preamble prompts. Your AI just knows. 🎯 Built for people who use ChatGPT seriously: Whether you're deep in a creative project, managing work across sessions, or just want your AI to stop forgetting your name, MaxMemory keeps the context alive. • Writers & worldbuilders - your characters, plot points, and world rules persist across sessions. No more "who is Elena again?" • Developers & professionals - project specs, architecture decisions, and technical context carry forward without re-explaining • Students & researchers - study notes, paper context, and topic threads are always available • Gamers & RPG players - quest progress, character builds, and campaign lore stay in memory • Personal use - your preferences, your style, your context. An AI that actually knows you. 🔄 Why not just use ChatGPT's built-in memory? ChatGPT's native memory is limited to about 1,200 words and stores only broad preferences. It fills up fast and offers no way to organize, edit, or separate contexts. MaxMemory goes deeper: • Stores far more context than ChatGPT's built-in memory • Lets you edit, organize, and manage your memories directly • Separates memories across Chrome profiles - different projects, different contexts, no crossover • Works automatically - you don't have to tell it what to remember 🔒 Your data stays yours: All memories are stored locally in your browser. Your conversations, your context, your data never leave your device. Full control to view, edit, or delete anything at any time. ⚡ Key features: • Automatic memory capture - AI extracts what matters from your conversations • Smart retrieval - relevant memories surface automatically in new chats • Memory management - view, edit, delete, and add memories manually • Privacy-first - all data stored locally in your browser • Works with ChatGPT - seamless integration, no setup required • Chrome profile support - separate memory banks for different projects or roles Install MaxMemory and start building a ChatGPT that remembers.
