AI co-host for TikTok Live and Whatnot. Monitors chat in real-time and surfaces actionable insights so you never miss a sale. ZIG is an AI-powered co-host for live sellers on TikTok Live and Whatnot. It monitors your live stream chat in real-time, catches buyer questions you'd otherwise miss, and delivers actionable insights in a floating panel overlay — so you can focus on selling while ZIG watches the chat. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Install ZIG and sign in 2. Add your TikTok/Whatnot username 2. Go live on TikTok or Whatnot 3. ZIG detects your stream and starts monitoring automatically 4. AI insights appear in a floating panel on your stream page No configuration needed. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FEATURES ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ REAL-TIME BUYER DETECTION Catches "how much?", "what size?", "do you ship?" and pins them at the top so you never miss a sale. SMART QUESTION GROUPING See "8 people asked about sizing" instead of reading every message. ZIG clusters repeated questions. LIVE CHAT SUMMARIES Every 30 seconds, ZIG summarizes chat activity, engagement trends, and key moments. AUDIO ALERTS (Pro) ZIG speaks insights out loud so you never look away from the camera. SELLER MIC (Pro) ZIG listens to what you say so it won't repeat things you already addressed. AUCTION AWARENESS (Whatnot) Tracks bids, time remaining, and lot transitions. Pauses alerts during final bidding seconds. 100+ LANGUAGES Summarizes chat in your language regardless of what viewers type. STREAM REPORTS Post-stream coaching tips, missed questions, response rate, and engagement timeline. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PLANS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FREE — 2 hrs/week, top 3 coaching tips, latest stream report STARTER ($20/mo) — Unlimited streaming, all platforms, full reports PRO ($50/mo) — Audio alerts, seller mic, priority AI, full history All accounts start with a 14-day Pro trial.
