Select any text, right-click, and get pictures, a summary and web results in a panel over the page. Look something up without losing your place. Select any text on any page, right-click, and choose Search "…" quick Info. A panel opens over the page with pictures, a short summary and the top web results for whatever you selected. Press Escape to carry on reading. It is built for the things a general encyclopedia has never heard of - a specific product model, a part number, a piece of gear - not just famous topics. Pictures come from image search, the summary comes from the best matching page, and an encyclopedia summary is layered on top only when the article genuinely matches what you selected. • Understands short selections from the page around them: for example, selecting "Erebus" on a page about custom cables searches for the cable, not the Greek god • Right-click any selection, or press Alt+Shift+L • Scrollable picture strip - click any picture to enlarge it • Top web results with site and snippet, each opening in a new tab • Copy the summary in one click • Follows your light or dark theme • Recent searches are kept on your device so you can find them again - open them from the clock icon, replay one with a click, clear them any time • Results are cached for 30 minutes, so repeat lookups are instant Highlight Search On Internet does not have an account, does not track you, and does not send anything to the developer. The panel only ever appears on the tab where you invoke it.
