Local-first browser attention loop. Tracks foreground time, then enforces a graduated per-site ladder. Most site blockers are all-or-nothing. Attention Loop is different: it watches where your attention actually goes, then meets each site with the right amount of friction — instead of one blunt wall for everything. It runs a simple loop — track, understand, respond — entirely on your own machine. Every site sits on a ladder you control: • Encouraged — your real work and study sites, never in the way. • Accepted — occasionally useful; a gentle nudge after 10 minutes. • Limited — the default for everything else. After 5 minutes it covers the page and asks you to type what you actually came to do before it grants more time. • Blocked — hard-stopped before the page even loads. The part that makes it stick: tightening a limit takes effect instantly, but loosening one waits out a cooldown — so you can't cave in a weak moment. A clean popup shows exactly where your time went today and over the last week, and lets you move any site up or down the ladder in one click. Private by design: your browsing log never leaves your computer. No accounts, no servers, no ads, no tracking — the extension makes no network requests at all.
