Autofill job application forms with your saved CoPrep AI profile. Spend less time retyping the same details into every job application. CoPrep AI Application Autofill uses the applicant profile you explicitly connect from CoPrep AI to fill matching fields on the job application currently open in Chrome. It handles common contact, address, education, employment, work-authorization, sponsorship, and optional demographic fields across regular and dynamically rendered application forms. Users can also save exact answers for recurring employer-specific questions; those answers are used only when the full normalized question text matches. On supported Workday forms, CoPrep can add and fill multiple work-history and education entries from the connected resume profile, including role descriptions, achievements, dates, locations, and skills. Values that Workday does not accept are left for the user to review instead of being forced. You stay in control: - Autofill runs only when you press Autofill This Application. - The extension never submits an application for you. - Passwords, CAPTCHAs, signatures, and file-upload controls are not filled. - Ambiguous fields are skipped instead of guessed. - Sensitive demographic, employer-specific, and application-declaration answers are filled only from explicit profile choices. - You can review and edit every answer before submitting. - Disconnecting removes the locally stored extension profile and consent record. The connected profile is stored in Chrome's local extension storage. It is inserted into the active application page only after your autofill action. The extension does not collect browsing history, cookies, passwords, or unrelated page activity, and it does not use extension data for advertising. Some browser-controlled pages, including Chrome settings, the Chrome Web Store, and built-in document viewers, do not allow extension injection.
