Send ChatGPT or other AI responses into your own editable Word template. Turn a ChatGPT response into a Word document that already matches your real company template. BrandQuill captures selected text or the latest response from a supported AI chat, then opens a browser-based publisher. Add the DOCX or DOTX template your company already uses and download an editable Word document with its real styles, headers, footers, page settings, and existing assets. Unlike a generic chat exporter, BrandQuill lets your own Word template control the result. The downloaded DOCX remains editable in Microsoft Word. Use BrandQuill for proposals, audits, reports, statements of work, research, and other client-ready documents. How it works: 1. Open a supported AI conversation. 2. Optionally select the part you want. 3. Click the BrandQuill extension. 4. Add your Word template and download the finished DOCX. Privacy by design: * Page access starts only when you click the extension. * The popup tells you what will be read before capture begins. * Draft text is stored locally for no more than 10 minutes. * Draft text is removed after delivery. * Document formatting does not call an AI model. * No advertising trackers or cross-site identifiers.
