Save job listings as you browse, then send personalized outreach to hiring managers from your own Gmail. Apply Ops helps you send personalized job outreach emails directly to recruiters and hiring managers without leaving Gmail. Instead of filling out endless application forms and getting lost in ATS black holes, Apply Ops finds the people actually hiring for a role and puts tailored outreach drafts right inside your Gmail sidebar, so you can review them and hit send in seconds. What you can do with Apply Ops: • Save a job while you're reading it: Click the Apply Ops icon on a job listing and the role is captured to your dashboard — no copying and pasting. • Check before you save: The role and company are shown for review first, and you can correct either one. • Turn a saved job into outreach: Apply Ops finds recruiters and engineering or product leaders hiring for that role and drafts a personalized email to each. • See your outreach drafts directly inside the Gmail sidebar. • Send directly from your own Gmail address so replies come straight to your inbox. • Total control: Review and edit every subject line and email body before sending. Nothing is ever sent automatically without your explicit click. How it works: 1. Find a role — either match with open roles on your Apply Ops dashboard (https://applyops.in), or click the Apply Ops icon while reading a job listing to save it. 2. Apply Ops finds the right people at that company and writes your drafts. 3. Open Gmail and click the Apply Ops icon in your sidebar. 4. Review your tailored outreach email draft and click send. The email goes out immediately from your personal Gmail account. Privacy & Security: We take your privacy seriously. • Apply Ops reads a job page only when you click the extension icon, and only the tab you are looking at in that moment. It does not run in the background, and it does not track or collect your browsing. • Apply Ops only sends emails that you explicitly review and approve. • We do not read your inbox, delete messages, or share your data.
