Explore eighty-four topics plus news, social, web-era, video, and music modes with private local no-repeat history. Web Wander helps you discover interesting websites beyond your usual browsing routine. Click the toolbar button to open a randomly selected destination. Browse without a topic, choose a category, or enter a custom keyword to focus your next discovery. Category browsing combines independent websites with recent articles and new web projects. Dedicated modes let you explore current news and social posts, discover a video or music track, or visit websites from earlier web eras. The extension balances discovery sources and uses a local history of up to 10,000 visited URLs to reduce repetition. When a source is unavailable, it automatically tries another compatible source. These adjustments support variety without building a personal-interest profile. Choose which providers are enabled in Preferences. Use the toolbar’s right-click menu to change categories and browsing modes. No Web Wander account is required. Settings and repeat history stay on your device. Custom keywords are sent to third-party search and discovery services, but Web Wander does not send them your browsing history. Those services and the websites you visit have their own privacy practices.
