Diagnose whether slow browsing is related to your connection, browser tabs, or device load. Easy Performance Checker gives you a quick, local view of common causes of slow browsing. Run a check when pages feel slow to compare: - Response time, slow-response percentile, response variation, failed requests, and an estimated download speed - Available device memory and estimated CPU use - Open, inactive, pinned, audible, and already unloaded browser tabs - A plain-language likely cause and a suggested next step You can also review inactive tabs and release their memory without closing them. Released tabs stay in the tab strip and reload when selected. Privacy is built into the workflow: - Checks run only when you select Check again, unless you explicitly enable automatic checks in Settings. - Measurement requests use HTTPS and omit credentials. - Settings and aggregate diagnostic history stay in local extension storage. - Tab titles and URLs are used only to show the tab review and are not stored in diagnostic history. - The optional current-site check runs only when you select it, and its URL or hostname is not saved. - No advertising, analytics, tracking, account, or external diagnostic-history server is used. The interface supports English and Japanese.
