On any job posting: is it still live on the employer's own site, and does that employer have real H-1B filing history (USCIS data)? Job boards keep showing roles after the employer has taken them down. So before you spend an hour on an application, check the listing against the source. Open any job posting (LinkedIn, Indeed, or a company careers page) and click the icon: - IS IT STILL LIVE: when RoleSweep tracks the employer's careers page, see whether that exact listing is still there, or when it came down.
