Capture full web pages or selected screen areas locally as PNG, JPEG or PDF. Kapture is a simple screenshot tool for Chrome that captures full webpages or a selected area and saves the result directly to your computer. CAPTURE YOUR WAY - Full page — scroll through ordinary webpages and capture the complete page. - Select area — choose Freeform, Square (1:1), Landscape (16:9) or Portrait (9:16). - Responsive sizes — capture at the current browser width or common phone, tablet and desktop widths. - Export — save as PNG, JPEG or multi-page PDF. - Long pages — image exports are divided at 8,000 px height to keep files manageable. - History — review recent captures, open files that remain in Downloads and remove selected history items. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Screenshots are created locally. Kapture does not upload screenshot content or require an account. LIMITATIONS Chrome prevents extensions from capturing protected browser pages, including the Chrome Web Store, chrome:// pages and some other internal browser screens.
