Sync WhatsApp Web conversations with HubSpot: view contacts, log chats as WhatsApp messages, and create tickets, tasks, and deals. ALL YOUR CONVERSATIONS. CONNECTED. WhatSync connects WhatsApp Web with HubSpot so customer conversations can become useful CRM context while your team works. Open a one-to-one WhatsApp Web conversation and WhatSync places the matching HubSpot contact beside the chat. Review contact details, save selected messages, create notes and follow-up tasks, and create associated tickets or deals without repeatedly switching tabs. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Find HubSpot contacts using the phone number from the open WhatsApp chat. • Review contact, company, lifecycle stage, lead status, owner and recent CRM activity. • Create a HubSpot contact when no matching record exists. • Save selected WhatsApp messages to the correct HubSpot contact. • Create notes, tasks, meetings, tickets and deals with HubSpot data and property options. • Insert message templates as drafts for the user to review before sending. • Configure sidebar fields, action order, privacy controls and supported automation rules. BUILT FOR CONTROL WhatSync shows review steps before CRM writes and reports failed requests instead of presenting them as successful. Message templates are inserted as drafts; WhatSync does not automatically send WhatsApp messages. Group conversations are excluded from contact matching. PRIVACY WhatSync reads only the loaded WhatsApp Web context needed for its user-facing CRM features. Selected information is sent over HTTPS to the WhatSync service and the HubSpot account connected by the user. WhatSync does not sell personal information or use conversation data for advertising. GETTING STARTED 1. Install WhatSync and sign in. 2. Connect the intended HubSpot account. 3. Open WhatsApp Web and select a one-to-one conversation. 4. Open the WhatSync sidebar from the chat header. A WhatSync account, an active WhatSync subscription and a HubSpot account with the required permissions are needed for full functionality. WhatSync currently supports HubSpot and WhatsApp Web.
