Import and export Salesforce data, retrieve or deploy metadata, and manage jobs from one workspace. Salesforce Bulk Studio is a focused, local-first workspace for Salesforce admins, developers, and data teams who need a clearer way to manage large data and metadata operations. EXPORT SALESFORCE DATA Write or load a SOQL query and run it through Salesforce Bulk API 2.0. Metadata-aware suggestions help you discover objects, fields, relationships, and picklist values while writing the query. Results are saved directly to the local folder you select instead of being rendered as a large result set in the browser. IMPORT CSV DATA Run Bulk API 2.0 insert, update, upsert, and delete operations. Select the target object, map CSV columns to Salesforce fields, choose an external ID for upsert, and validate the file before starting the job. When an import finishes, save the successful, failed, and unprocessed result files locally. Failed-record analysis groups Salesforce errors and helps create a clean retry CSV. RETRIEVE AND DEPLOY METADATA Browse and search supported Salesforce metadata, including Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, Aura bundles, Visualforce, Flows, objects, custom labels, permission sets, and static resources. Retrieve selected components as a standard Salesforce Metadata API ZIP with package.xml. You can also validate or deploy a compatible Metadata API ZIP, select an Apex test level, and monitor the asynchronous deployment. Sign in to Salesforce. 2. Open Salesforce Bulk Studio from a Salesforce page. 3. Choose the Export, Import, or Metadata workspace. 4. Select a local result folder when the workflow produces files. 5. Configure and run the operation. 6. Monitor progress and review the locally saved results. Salesforce Bulk Studio uses your existing Salesforce session to send the operations you request directly to your Salesforce organization. Saved queries and history remain in local browser storage. Core workflows do not send your Salesforce data to a developer-operated application server.
