Convert structured Google Sheets data into a Google Form with preview and validation. Sheet2Form turns structured Google Sheets data into a standard Google Form in a few focused steps. Open a spreadsheet, select the worksheet you want to use, review the detected questions, and create the Form without copying each question manually. The extension is designed for teachers, school administrators, trainers, and anyone who manages a question bank in Google Sheets. It reads the active worksheet identified by the gid in the Google Sheets URL, adapts to supported canonical and Indonesian bank-soal layouts, and shows a preview before anything is created. What Sheet2Form does: • Detects the active Google Sheets spreadsheet and worksheet. • Parses structured question rows and validates missing or unsupported data. • Supports common question formats including multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, short answer, paragraph, email, date, time, and linear scale. • Recognizes Indonesian question-bank columns such as Pertanyaan Soal, Pilihan A–D, Kunci, Topik, and Pembahasan / Penjelasan Ilmiah as part of the source layout while creating a standard Form. • Previews question order, required fields, question types, options, row numbers, and validation issues. • Creates a Google Form with the spreadsheet filename as its title when Drive title synchronization is available. • Lets you choose whether to publish the Form and whether to collect respondent email addresses. Provides Indonesian and English interface text. Sheet2Form does not require a Sheet2Form account, registration, subscription, or payment. Google OAuth is used to read the selected spreadsheet worksheet and create the Form through Google APIs. The extension does not use a Sheet2Form application server to store your question data. Sheet2Form is intentionally focused on reliable Sheet-to-Form conversion. Grading, answer keys, points, response export, automatic student assessment, time limits, and one-response enforcement are not included in this MVP; those settings can be managed separately in Google Forms when needed.
