Open a book page and a small orb appears in the corner. It checks lit.salon before you click, so you already know whether there's anything to add. One click puts the book on your real shelf — the one your friends see. Tick a list and it goes there too. No second tab, no copy-paste, no hunting for the ISBN. A gold chip sits beside the price, in the page's own details: how many readers have shelved, reviewed or listed the book. Click it to read them. You get the room's opinion before you buy, not after. Every book is matched against lit.salon's catalogue before it's saved, and you're shown how confident the match is. When it's uncertain, you choose — so your shelf never fills up with the wrong James. COLLECT (EXPERIMENTAL) Right-click an image, video or link to keep it, along with the page it came from. Point at any text and the type inspector names the font actually rendering, its weight and its metrics. Sort what you gather into binders and search it instantly. Everything stays on your device. WHERE IT WORKS Major bookshops, library catalogues, reading communities and publishers — around sixty sites, plus anywhere that publishes standard book metadata. Switch any of them off in Settings.
