Description

Fixing Bad UI because someone has to. Adds mouse scroll / scroll slider to the "new" ticket list selection field. The site design has overflow of the y axis set to hidden and tiny UI arrows at the top and the bottom of the list. The arrows are now hidden and overflow of the y axis is set to auto.
