PIEDAP Recorder Extension Developed extension for handling PIEDAP(Pion Intelligent Digital Augmentation Platform) QE test steps recordings and object discovery for Test Automation. It's commonly used in automated testing to capture a sequence of actions performed by a tester or QA analyst on the application's user interface (UI). We have developed recorder and discover extension to provide: Efficiency: Record and playback functionality allows testers to quickly create automated test scripts by simply interacting with the application manually. This saves time compared to writing the scripts from scratch. Ease of Use: Test recording tools typically have a user-friendly interface, making it easy for testers, including those without extensive programming skills, to create automated tests. Reduced Learning Curve: Test recording tools often require minimal coding knowledge, making them accessible to testers who may not have a strong programming background. Accurate Script Generation: By recording user interactions, the recorder ensures that the automated test scripts accurately reflect the actions performed during manual testing. Maintenance: While manual test scripts can become outdated as the application changes, recorded scripts can be easily updated by re-recording the interactions, thus reducing maintenance efforts. The current upgrade increased object identification accuracy, capturing the occurance and steps.
