Numsift — Bulk WhatsApp Number Checker & Validator | Export to Excel

Description

Bulk check which numbers are on WhatsApp. Validate lists, filter by country, spot business accounts, export to Excel or CSV. Find out which phone numbers on your list are actually registered on WhatsApp — then export the ones that are. Numsift is a bulk WhatsApp number checker that runs entirely inside your own browser. Paste a list or drop in a spreadsheet, start the check, and get back a clean, filterable result you can send straight to Excel. No server sits in the middle, and your numbers never leave your computer. If you have been looking for a WA number checker, a WhatsApp number validator, or a way to filter a contact list down to people who are actually reachable — this is that tool. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open WhatsApp Web and sign in with your phone, as you normally would. 2. Paste your numbers into Numsift, or upload a CSV, XLSX or TXT file. Every number needs its country code. 3. Press start. Watch the live progress, then export the result to Excel, CSV or your clipboard. That is the whole product. It reads whether a number is registered — nothing else. WHAT YOU GET • Bulk validation — verify thousands of numbers in one run instead of opening chats one at a time. • Excel and CSV export — four columns: number, country, status, and whether it is a WhatsApp Business account. • Filter the results — show only registered numbers, only the ones that are not, or everything. Narrow to a single country when you need a per-market list. • Business account detection — Numsift flags business accounts as it goes. Useful when you are separating B2B contacts from consumers. • Country recognition — numbers are parsed against 245 countries and territories, and each result is tagged with the country it belongs to. • File import — CSV, XLSX, XLS and TXT. Numbers are pulled from any column, so there is no reformatting first. A sample template is included. • Automatic clean-up — duplicates are dropped and unusable numbers are flagged before the run starts, so you never spend a lookup twice. • Live progress — running totals, a percentage ring and a time estimate. Pause and resume whenever you want. • Keeps working when you look away — close the popup and the check carries on. Progress also appears on the WhatsApp Web tab itself. • Survives a reload — if the page refreshes mid-run, you continue from where it stopped rather than starting over. • Remembers your list — a list of several thousand numbers is still there when you reopen the popup. • Check history — recent runs are kept so you can go back and export again. • 55 languages — the entire interface, not just the store listing. YOU SET THE PACE Hammering any service with rapid automated requests is a bad idea, so Numsift does not do that. Three speeds are available — Safe, Balanced and Fast. Whichever you pick, the first lookups of every run are deliberately slowed as a warm-up, the gaps between lookups are randomized rather than fixed, and the run pauses for a cool-down at regular intervals. If WhatsApp stops answering, Numsift stops by itself instead of pushing on. To be straightforward with you: no tool can promise that heavy automated activity carries no risk, and you should be skeptical of any that claims otherwise. What Numsift gives you is control over the pace and sensible defaults. Choose Safe for large lists or a new account. PRIVACY Every lookup goes through the WhatsApp Web session already open in your browser. There is no relay server, no upload, and no account sharing. Your phone numbers are never transmitted anywhere. They are held in your browser's local storage so your work survives closing the popup, and they are removed when you clear the list or sign out. Numsift does not read your messages, your chats or your contacts — it only asks whether a given number is registered. Signing in with Google is required, and only your basic profile — name, email and picture — is used to identify your account. WHO IT IS FOR • Sales and outreach teams cleaning a prospect list before a campaign. • E-commerce and cross-border sellers checking which buyers are reachable. • Recruiters and agencies working through candidate or client lists. • Marketers who need to filter a purchased or scraped list down to live contacts. • Anyone maintaining a CRM who wants dead numbers out of it. If you message numbers that were never registered in the first place, you pay for the attempt and learn nothing. Validating first is cheaper. WHAT IT COSTS Nothing. There is no per-number limit, no daily cap and no paywalled export. The free account is the whole product. COMMON QUESTIONS Does it send messages? No. Numsift only asks whether a number is registered. It cannot send, schedule or draft anything. Can I check numbers without saving them to my phone contacts? Yes. Nothing is added to your address book. That is the main reason people use a tool like this instead of doing it by hand. Do I need the WhatsApp Business API or a paid API key? No. It works through the WhatsApp Web session you are already signed in to. How many numbers can I check? There is no limit set by the extension. Large lists simply take longer — the on-screen estimate tells you how long before you commit. Does it read my chats or download my contacts? No. It has no access to message content and does not export your contact list. What happens to numbers it cannot resolve? They are marked as unverifiable rather than guessed at, kept separate from the registered and not-registered groups, and included in the export so you can retry them. Why does it need my country code? Without a country code the same digits can belong to several countries, and there is no dependable way to pick the right one. Numsift will flag any number that is missing it before you start. BEFORE YOU START • You need a WhatsApp account and an active WhatsApp Web session in the same browser. • Numbers must include the country code — +1, +44, +52 and so on. • Keep the WhatsApp Web tab open while a check is running.
