Right-click any link or page to reopen it through your chosen reader mirror. # Reader Redirect Reader Redirect is a lightweight Chrome extension that lets you quickly open article links through an alternative reader service. Right-click any article link or the page you are currently viewing and choose your configured reader service. The extension opens the reader version in a new tab, keeping your original page untouched. ### Features * Redirect article links through configurable reader services. * Right-click any link or webpage to open it through your preferred reader. * Supports services such as Freedium and other compatible reader mirrors. * Add, edit, or remove reader services using customizable URL templates. * Works with Medium and Medium-hosted publications, including custom publication domains. * Opens the redirected page in a new tab immediately beside the current tab. * No account, login, analytics, or telemetry required. * No page content is read or modified by the extension. * Uses minimal Chrome permissions: context menu and local/synced settings storage. Reader Redirect does not host, copy, or modify article content. It simply constructs the configured reader-service URL from the original article URL and opens it in a new tab. The extension is open source.
