Records your clicks and screens during Hubble live site tests so researchers can review how you used a website. Hubble Live Site Extension is a browser extension used only for invited usability testing sessions conducted through Hubble. It is not active during your normal web browsing and does not monitor your computer or browsing outside of a study. When you choose to participate in a Hubble Live Site test, the extension temporarily records screenshots at click moments, click locations, and navigation events only within the study session. This helps researchers understand how participants interact with a website so they can identify usability issues and improve the user experience. The extension is activated only while you are actively participating in a research session and automatically stops collecting data when the session ends. What Hubble Live Site Extension does during a study ● Records interactions only during an active Hubble research session ● Captures screenshots at click moments, click coordinates, and page navigation ● Supports moderated and unmoderated website usability studies ● Securely transmits study data to the Hubble platform so researchers can analyze participant experiences What Hubble Live Site Extension does not do ● Does not monitor your computer or general browsing activity ● Does not collect data outside of research sessions you choose to join ● Does not run continuously in the background ● Is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking your everyday online activity Hubble Live Site Extension is intended exclusively for participants who have been invited to take part in usability research through Hubble.
