The design book for new construction. Clip selections from any site, organize by room & category, and hand off a polished PDF. Create professional design books for new construction and remodels in minutes. DesignBook lets builders, interior designers, architects, and homeowners save product selections from any website and organize them into a polished, client-ready PDF package. Selecting flooring, plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting, or tile across a dozen different suppliers? DesignBook keeps every choice in one structured project instead of scattered tabs, screenshots, and email threads. HOW IT WORKS 1. Browse any product website. 2. Right-click to clip a product image, or drag to capture any region. 3. Assign it to a category and selection field. 4. Add price, finish, and notes. 5. Export a formatted PDF design book to share with clients and trades. BUILT AROUND HOW HOMES ARE ACTUALLY SPECIFIED Most clipping tools give you a shapeless pile of images. DesignBook ships with 11 construction categories and 46 pre-built selection fields that mirror a real finish schedule: Exterior Paint Scheme — Exterior Base, Fascia, All Doors & Trim Interior Paint — Base Wall Color, Ceiling, Wet Areas, Trim + Doors Interior Trim Carpentry — Entry Door, Interior Doors, Base + Casing, Hardware Cabinets — Style, Kitchen, Baths, Laundry, Hardware Countertops — Kitchen, Baths Plumbing — Bath Sinks, Faucets, Kitchen Sink, Master Tub/Shower, Toilets Appliances — Oven/Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator Lighting — Master Vanity, Bath Vanity, Main Lighting Plus Exterior, Flooring, and Bath Accessories. Every field shows "Pending Selection" until it's filled, so you can see at a glance what's still outstanding. Add your own categories and fields whenever a project needs them.
