Export paper metadata from PubMed, Scholar, IEEE Xplore, arXiv, ACS, and more into clean CSVs for literature reviews. What it does Universal STEM Literature Exporter helps researchers and students quickly collect citation metadata and download article PDFs from academic pages. It extracts bibliographic fields and formats them for export to common reference managers or CSV. Key features - One-click extraction of citation metadata from the current page. - Export to BibTeX, RIS, EndNote, or CSV. - Download PDFs when available on the page. - Simple, unobtrusive toolbar UI with optional bulk export. How to use 1. Open an article or search-result page in your browser. 2. Click the extension toolbar button. 3. Review and export the collected citations. Permissions & data handling (concise) This extension only requests the permissions required to run: - activeTab / tabs — to read the current page content so citation metadata can be extracted. We do not collect or transmit personal data to external servers by default. Exports are user-initiated.
