Colin takes meeting notes automatically in Google Meet, Zoom, Teams and Webex. No bot joins your call. Hedwig Companion turns your Google Meet calls into structured meeting notes, automatically. Install once and connect it to your Hedwig account by opening hedwig-ai.com. From then on, when a meeting goes live, a small "Colin is taking notes" indicator appears in the corner of Meet. When the call ends, your notes are already in Hedwig: a clear summary, decisions made, action items with owners, and open questions. No bot joins your call. The Companion works from your own Meet tab, so there is no extra participant in the meeting and it works whether or not you are the host. Recording is never hidden. The on-screen indicator is always visible while notes are being taken, every meeting has a Stop button, and the toolbar icon pauses the Companion entirely. No per-meeting setup. No screen sharing, no permission popups during calls, nothing to remember. Requires a free Hedwig account at hedwig-ai.com. Currently supports Google Meet in Chrome.
