One-click close or hide all tabs matching your private domains. Dam is a browser extension that helps you quickly protect private tabs and avoid exposing sensitive content in public situations, such as presentations, screen sharing, screen recording, or when someone else is looking at your computer. Dam supports two ways to use it: 1. Sync with the Dam app The Dam app manages your private website rules, and the browser extension syncs them automatically and takes action when needed. 2. Standalone mode You can also use the extension without the Dam app. In this mode, you can manage your private website list directly in the extension settings and choose what happens when a match is found. Main features: - Close matched private tabs with one click - Hide matched private tabs in a new minimized window - Restore previously hidden tabs with one click - Support custom private website rules - Support keyboard shortcuts, which users can change in the browser’s extension shortcut settings - Support both Chinese and English, and follow the browser language automatically Default shortcuts: - Hide to new window: Command + Control + H - Close private tabs: Command + Control + W - Restore hidden tabs: Command + Control + R Notes: - In Arc Browser, Dam currently only supports closing private tabs. Hiding tabs in a new minimized window is not supported. - Users can also change the shortcuts in the browser’s extension shortcut settings.
