Description
Starts AVA Aftercare cases from Shepherd, fills the Halcyon Partner Portal request form from them, and reads case status back. On a Shepherd patient page with a Euthanasia Private or Euthanasia Communal charge, it offers to start the aftercare case from what Shepherd already records — name, species, breed, weight, owner — so nobody retypes it. A person reviews and confirms before anything is created, and a patient can only ever have one active case. On the Halcyon Partner Portal, it fills the cremation request form from the AVA case (it never submits the form or chooses options for you), links the request to the case, and reports each linked case's status back to AVA Aftercare.
