Fills in job applications for you, with a resume tailored to the role you are applying for. Fledge fills in job applications for you. Save your details and your resume once in your Fledge account. When you open an application on a company's careers site, Fledge reads the form, works out which field is which, and fills it in (name, contact details, links, education and work history) using either your saved resume or one tailored to that specific role. It fills the form. It does not send it. Nothing reaches an employer until you have read it over and pressed submit yourself. Fledge works on the applicant tracking systems most employers use to run their careers pages. Open an application on one and the Fledge icon lights up; anywhere else it stays grey and the extension does nothing at all. The extension is free and unlimited, and requires a Fledge account at fledgejobs.com.
