Check selected text or the focused editor against your own local preferred-term rules. 30-day trial, then €4.99 lifetime. TermLock checks selected text or an ordinary focused editor against terminology rules you create. Use it to catch phrases such as “log in” when your preferred product term is “sign in,” then review each exact match with its location, context, and preferred replacement. Your drafts and rules stay on your device. TermLock performs checks locally after you click “Check current text.” It does not upload checked text, findings, rule packs, explanations, page titles, or page origins. There is no AI, analytics, advertising, telemetry, or background page monitoring. What you can do: - Create, edit, duplicate, import, and export local JSON rule packs. - Configure exact or case-insensitive matching and whole-word behavior. - Check a text selection, ordinary text input, textarea, or contenteditable area. - Review matches in a private results page and copy a preferred term. - Keep using the full product for 30 days without entering a card. TermLock is deliberately narrow. It finds the exact phrases you configure and never edits the page automatically. Browser-internal pages, PDFs, files, cross-origin frames, closed shadow roots, password/payment/one-time-code controls, and complex canvas-based editors such as Google Docs, Microsoft 365, Monaco, and CodeMirror are not supported. After the 30-day trial, TermLock costs €4.99 once for lifetime access to the purchased version. There is no subscription. One license supports up to three installations. TermLock is not a complete grammar, legal, compliance, accessibility, safety, or factual review tool.
