Description
Grow your Skool community with analytics, CRM, pipelines, AI chat, AI agents, auto DM management, post scheduling and automations Commozi is the AI-native operating system for Skool. One tool to grow all your communities, with AI built in, all in one place. You know the grind. Nobody's engaging, free members never upgrade, your DMs are a mess, members churn before you notice, and you're burning hours every week doing it all by hand. 🚀 That's the old way. Other tools fix one part. Commozi manages the whole thing in one place, analytics, member management, pipelines, DMs and content, all with AI built in. Welcome new members, follow up, turn free into paid, catch members before they cancel, and schedule your posts, all automatically. You can even run it from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any AI tool, or even your phone. The boring stuff gets done for you so you get your time back and focus on growing your communities. 🏆 Built by a Skool Games winner who runs communities for a living. Here's what's inside. 📊 ANALYTICS Finally know what's actually working. Track MRR, ARPU, lifetime value, retention, and trial conversion. See who's active and who isn't, and where your revenue comes from, so you can build predictable monthly income instead of guessing, without touching a spreadsheet. 📇 FULL CRM Every member becomes a contact you can actually manage. Notes, tags, history, reminders, and lead quality scoring, so nobody slips through the cracks. See rich Lead Intel right alongside each member: bio, location, LTV, course progress, membership question answers and more. 📌 SALES PIPELINES Turn free members into paying ones. Move members through a visual Kanban pipeline from free member to paid. Custom stages, deal values, drag and drop, pipeline stats. This is real sales software for your community, not just a contact list. 🤖 AI CHAT + AI AGENTS Show up for your members like you've got all day. Chat with an AI that knows your community and your knowledge base, get ideas on what to post, and draft replies in your own voice. Build your own AI agents to help you keep up, so you can answer more people, sell more, and drive more engagement. 🔌 RUN EVERYTHING FROM AI (MCP) Connect Commozi to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or any AI client, and run your whole operation remotely from any AI, or even your phone. Anything you'd normally do by hand, the AI can do, because Commozi connects it to your own Skool and CRM through your own account, so it can work the way you would. Analyze your community's performance, look into other communities, create posts and content, reply to comments and DMs, review your leads, tag members, move them through your pipeline, build and run automations, all just by asking. You can even set up your own agents that do the work for you on their own. 💬 AUTO DM MANAGEMENT Turn DMs into booked calls and sales without the manual grind. Welcome every new member, follow up, and reply on autopilot. Slash commands and quick replies for instant messages. Sequences that fire on real triggers: a new join, a keyword in a comment or DM, a post liked, a tag applied, a stage change, and more. 🔍 ENGAGEMENT LEAD MINING Never run out of leads. Turn the people liking and commenting on your posts into tracked contacts in your CRM, automatically. 📈 CHURN PREDICTION Catch members before they cancel. Commozi spots who's going quiet and whose renewal is at risk using engagement and renewal economics, so you can reach out and save them while you still can. 🏷️ TAGS + REMINDERS Color-coded tags, automatic and manual, with hide-on-Skool privacy. Reminders with alerts so you never miss a follow-up. 📅 POST SCHEDULING Keep your community active without living in it. Write posts once and schedule them for when your members are online. This includes text posts, polls, links, videos and GIFs. Set posts to repeat, with email notifications, retry and recovery built in. 📝 TEMPLATES + LIBRARY Save your best messages as reusable templates with name and community variables. Bookmark any post and build a prompt library you reuse every day. ⚙️ AUTOMATIONS This is where it all ties together. Build your own workflows with simple if-this-then-that rules, no tech skills needed. Trigger them off anything that happens in your community: a new member joins, a keyword in a comment or DM, a post gets liked, a tag is added, a stage changes, a payment is cancelled or fails, a member is at risk of churning. Then chain the actions: send a DM, add or remove a tag, move someone through your pipeline, wait a few days, send the next message. Set it once and it runs on its own, even while you sleep. This is the welcome sequence, the follow-up, the win-back, and much more. The whole backend of your community, handled. 🌐 MULTIPLE COMMUNITIES Run all your Skools from one place. Each community gets its own CRM, pipelines and knowledge base, and you switch between them in a click. 🔔 NOTIFICATIONS Stay on top of everything with a built-in notification center and alerts for what matters. 🏆 WHY CHOOSE COMMOZI Commozi does the whole job. Analytics, member management, pipelines, DMs and content, all in one tool with AI built in. One community or ten, it all runs from one login. No more stitching five different tools together. 🔒 SAFE BY DESIGN Commozi works inside Skool while you're logged in. Your Skool password is never stored, seen, or shared.
