Description
One keypress opens the Contact window of the offer you have open and inserts the enquiry text you prepared. Dispatch Shortcut saves the keystrokes a freight dispatcher repeats all day. Open a freight offer, press your shortcut, and the extension opens the contact window for that offer and inserts the enquiry text you wrote in advance — in chat, in the in-page mail window, or in an email drafted through your mail client. TWO COMMANDS, TWO TEXTS Keep a short enquiry on one button and a longer one on another, each with its own key or mouse button. YOU CHOOSE THE TRIGGER Any number key, letter key, or mouse button, including the side buttons. WORKS WHEREVER THE CONTACT GOES Chat window, in-page e-mail form, or an e-mail opened in Outlook. The extension recognises which one appeared and puts your text in the right place. TWO LANGUAGES The interface is available in English and Lithuanian. NOTHING HAPPENS ON ITS OWN Every action needs your keypress and applies only to the offer you currently have open. The extension never reads, copies or exports data, never sends anything unattended, and works only inside your own licensed session. TRY IT FREE The first 50 messages need no licence. After that the extension asks for a key and links straight to checkout. REQUIREMENTS Google Chrome, and an active licence for the freight exchange you use. Dispatch Shortcut is an independent tool.
