The scheduling assistant for Google Calendar. Stop manually inputting calendar events. Paste an email, drop in a PDF of your schedule, or paste a screenshot of an upcoming event — Quick Add Calendar reads it, pulls out the name, date and time, place, and details, and creates the Google Calendar event for you. It understands the messy parts. "Next Thursday 7:30pm" resolves against today's actual date. A conference agenda comes back as separate events, not one blob. A multi-day offsite gets the right end date. PAIRS DIRECTLY WITH GOOGLE CALENDAR Sign in once and approved events are written straight to the calendar you pick. Connect work and personal side by side and switch between them per batch. It can only create and manage the events it writes — it never reads what is already on your calendar. YOU APPROVE EVERYTHING FIRST Nothing is saved until you say so. Every event lands in an editable card, with a flag on any date it had to infer rather than read. WORKS FROM ANYTHING Text, email, PDF, screenshot, or a photo off your phone. Attach several at once and they go over together in one pass. WHAT IT COSTS No API key and no subscription. Signing in with Google gives you 10 free credits — about 20 events. A pasted email or a screenshot costs half a credit; only long PDFs cost more, and anything dearer is quoted for your approval before it runs. Top-ups start at 100 credits for $5. No analytics and no tracking. What you paste is sent only when you press the button, and is never stored. For questions: feedback@quickaddcal.com
